These Terms govern your use of the Rocket Globe mobile application ("the App") provided by the developer ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
The App displays a 3D globe with worldwide rocket-launch pads, launch schedules and countdowns, and related visualizations, using publicly available data. Launch information is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Launch dates, times, and statuses are sourced from third parties and may be inaccurate, delayed, or change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information shown, and you should not rely on the App for any critical purpose.
The App displays third-party advertisements (Google AdMob). Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content or any linked destinations.
The App offers optional, non-essential in-app purchases ("tips") to support the developer. Tips are consumable, provide no functional goods other than removing ads, and are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms.
The App and its original content are protected by applicable laws. Third-party assets are used under their respective licenses; attributions are provided within the App's Credits screen. Product and company names (e.g. rocket and operator names) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only, without implying any affiliation or endorsement.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer (except as permitted by law), or use the App in violation of applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time; changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
